The Bar is ceasing to trade.
As far as TSC matches are concerned, it puts us in a difficult situation wrt match food etc.
As I see it we have 3 options:
1. Try to reverse the first home fixtures - very difficult and expensive, as we can't cancel the next months courts.
2. If we can have limited access to the bar area, arrange our own food (and drink).
3. As a group (not individual teams), approach a local pub. We'd need a good negotiator so as to get a good discount for bulk teams.
I'd favour option 2 as if the bar does recover, custom would not have been lost.

I have chatted to Jess and we can see no reason why the squash teams cannot use the bar area for team food and 'bring your own' beers. No problem with the licence as long as it's not sold, so maybe a 'voluntary contribution'?
We will leave a front cafe door key available on reception for the team captains, which will have to be signed in and out as, for the time being, the Players Rest Ltd. still owns the lease.
Hot and cold water, crockery and plates will all be available for use.
Please tidy up afterwards!
We will leave the dishwasher on site and usable with instructions for use thereon as the electricity will remain on.
We both tender our heartfelt apologies to our loyal teams, but this HAS to be done for the sake of Jess's health.
Regards,
Rich
